Privacy Policy
What happens to the information we need from you.

What we collect
When you send us a booking form, we receive what you type into it:
- Your name and email address
- The type of event and its address
- The dates and start times you'd like
We don't ask for payment details, ID numbers or other sensitive information on this site. Like any website, the services that run ours also see technical details when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type (see Who else handles it).

- To reply to your request, plan your shoot and put together your quote
- To stay in touch with you about your booking
- To look up your event address on a map so we can plan travel
We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it
Several companies help us run this site. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare
- Hosts this site, stores booking requests, and routes booking details to our inbox
- Provides the site's fonts, so Google sees your IP address and browser details when a page loads
- Our email provider
- Holds booking requests and our emails with you

No analytics, no ad trackers
This site doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels, and it doesn't set its own cookies. Because we don't track you across websites, there's nothing for Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals to switch off.
The bot check on the booking form (Cloudflare Turnstile) only loads when you open the form. It observes signals such as your IP address and browser type to tell people apart from bots, as described in Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.
Our Instagram and Facebook links take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Keeping it safe
The booking form is sent over an encrypted connection, and requests are kept in password-protected accounts that only we use. We keep booking requests as long as we need them to work with you and for our business records.

See, fix or delete your information
Email concepts@fox-dragon.com and we'll tell you what we have, correct it, or delete it. Exceptions are details that we still need for a shoot we're working on together, or that the law requires us to keep.

Under 18? Have a parent book
This site isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to send the booking request. If we learn we've received a child's information, we'll delete it.
